Delete your Baby Astro account

Delete in the app

Sign in, open Settings, scroll to Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. The app requests deletion of your account and associated data, then removes saved data on that device.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address used for your Baby Astro account. Put “Baby Astro account deletion” in the subject and tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send a password or birth details. We may reply to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.

What happens to your data

We remove your account and the personal data linked to it that we control, including your birth profile, saved readings, journal entries, chat records and usage records where held on our servers. Saved content on another device may remain locally until you sign out or remove the app there. Payment providers may retain transaction records where required by law.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. If you paid on the web, contact us so we can help with the web subscription as well.
