Your chart should be correct first.

The Ascendant is the sign rising on the eastern horizon at your birth moment, and it advances about one degree every four minutes — a whole sign every two hours. A two-hour error in the birth time moves the Ascendant and, with it, all twelve houses.

The Moon is fast too, covering roughly 13 degrees a day. Without a time, its degree — and occasionally its sign — stays uncertain. The Sun, Mercury, Venus and the outer planets move little from day to day, so they compute safely with no time at all.

So a chart without a birth time is not useless; it is smaller. Baby Astro still builds it, and marks on screen exactly which parts the missing time weakens, rather than quietly assuming noon and presenting the result as certain.

A chart is computed by converting your birth moment into universal time, which requires knowing the offset that was actually in force in that country on that date — not the one in force today.

Turkey is one of the hardest cases. It moved to permanent UTC+3 in September 2016; for decades before that it observed summer time, and the changeover dates moved from year to year. An engine that applies today's fixed +3 to a birth in July 1990 shifts the moment by an hour, which is about fifteen degrees of Ascendant — frequently a whole sign.

Baby Astro resolves the historical timezone for every birth date: whatever the clock actually read in that city on that day. We state it as a feature because it is checkable — enter a chart whose Ascendant you already know and compare.

The raw chart is a data table: ten planets, twelve houses, a dozen aspects. On its own it tells nobody anything. Interpretation is the hard part — and it is where most apps either bury you in jargon or write sentences vague enough to fit any chart.
