Do it yourself, in the app
Settings → Account → Export data returns every record we hold about you as JSON.
Settings → Account → Delete account requests deletion of your login and associated account data. The app confirms when the request succeeds.
If you cannot access the app, use the account-deletion page linked in the footer to request deletion by email without reinstalling it.

AI and your data
Your question, current conversation and relevant chart context are sent through our service to BrainBaby to generate a reading. Personal AI Memory is disabled. Saved chat copies on your device are separate from AI Memory.
Making a request or a complaint
Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
If you are in Türkiye you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). In the EU or UK, to your national data protection authority.
